Brent Bergan is the Co-Office Managing Director in San Jose and Managing Director in Andersen’s Global Mobility practice. He provides strategy, consulting, and individual tax services to organizations that relocate people internationally. Brent has over 25 years of experience advising clients on global tax matters.

Throughout Brent's career, he has focused on public and private companies, ranging from Fortune 500 to industry start-ups, based in the U.S. and abroad.

His expertise spans international tax, global equity awards, remote workforce planning, and program design for international assignments.

Prior to joining Andersen, Brent was the co-founding Managing Partner of Global Mobility Tax LLP, a company focused on global mobility tax solutions. He also previously worked at Oracle Corporation as Director of Tax and International Assignments and was a Senior Manager at EY. He started his career at Arthur Andersen.
