Emerson has over 12 years of experience advising clients on tax matters.

Emerson has extensive experience serving business owners, entrepreneurs, and wealthy family groups in the areas of income tax planning, compliance and structuring, tax consulting for closely held businesses and trusts, business succession strategy, estate and wealth transfer planning, and buy/sell agreements.
