Audrey Goldman is a director in the Commercial practice, focusing on international tax. She brings over 14 years of experience providing strategic financial and tax planning for her clients, including forecasting, sensitivity analysis, overall tax burden mitigation, and alternative modeling structures.

Audrey serves as a lead client contact for numerous partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, and individual taxpayers, with a specialization in investor requests, inbound international tax, the Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA), foreign tax credit planning, repatriation, and compliance services. Audrey works with clients in a variety of industries, including alternative investments, private equity funds, manufacturing, sustainable energy, oil and gas, telecommunications, and food service. Additionally, Audrey advises on mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations in relation to associated U.S. tax implications of domestic and international operations.

Before joining Andersen, Audrey worked in Deloitte's National Practices group, specializing in inbound tax matters and FIRPTA.
