Sean Grady is a director in the Tax Technology & Automation group with 14 years of public accounting experience. 

Sean has been with Andersen since 2018, including time as a member of the US National Tax practice with a focus on accounting methods. His love for tax technology led him to the tax technology team, where he focuses on supporting the implementation of the ONESOURCE suite of tax applications and the Alteryx Analytics Automation Platform.

Sean has over five years of experience working with tax technology, with a focus on process improvement and increasing efficiency in working with data. This includes leveraging advanced tools within Microsoft Office Excel and Access using VBA macros, SQL databases, PowerBI, and Alteryx (core certified). He also has experience with programming in Python, JavaScript, MASM, and C. 

Before joining Andersen, Sean worked in the Tax Technology Services group at EY, the National Federal Tax Services group at Deloitte, and delivered tax and audit services at Skoda Minotti (now a part of Marcum). 

Sean also serves as an advisor on the University of Notre Dame’s Data Analytics Board.
