Claudia Howe is the Co-Office Managing Director in San Jose and a Managing Director in Andersen’s Global Mobility practice. She provides strategic tax consulting and compliance services to clients with international business affairs based in the U.S. and abroad. Claudia has more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through the tax complexities of cross-border business activities and investments.

Claudia’s experience includes a focus on public and private companies and their globally mobile employees. She has served companies in the technology, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products industries.

Her expertise spans international tax, immigration, inpatriate and expatriate taxation, global work assignments, payroll tax consulting and compliance, compensation & benefits, mobility tax programs, tax policy, and tax equalization.

Prior to joining Andersen, Claudia was the co-founding Managing Partner of Global Mobility Tax LLP, a company focused on global mobility tax solutions. She also previously worked as a senior leader in EY’s Global Mobility practice and served as a Client Service Director at Resources Global Professionals.
