Joe Randazzo is a Managing Director in the Commercial practice at Andersen. Joe has approximately 12 years of experience providing tax compliance services and tax planning advice to publicly held and private C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. He also has extensive experience working with private equity groups and their portfolio companies. Joe specializes in preparing and reviewing ASC 740 income tax provisions and federal and state tax compliance filings for business entities. He also assists clients on a variety of other tax and commercial matters including:​

• Business organization, choice of entity and initial  business structuring ​
• Due diligence and planning related to acquisitions, mergers and divestitures including 382 studies, transaction cost analyses, E&P studies, etc.​
• Tax accounting methods ​
• Tax credits and other incentives ​

Over his career, Joe has spent significant time working with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, service, and technology industries.
