Jerry Rickmeyer is a Managing Director in the Private Client Services practice. Jerry has over 30 years of experience specializing in the taxation of corporations, high net worth individuals, partnerships, and trusts.

Jerry has extensive expertise with closely-held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, private equity funds, family offices, multinational tax filings, multistate tax filings, ASC 740 tax provisions, related SEC tax reporting, research and experimentation tax credits, enterprise zone tax credits, stock options, and restricted stock issues.

Prior to joining Andersen, Jerry was the founder of Rickmeyer & Associates. Preceding this, he worked in public accounting at PwC and Deloitte.
