Jeremy Seeger is a Managing Director in Andersen’s Greenwich office, where he serves in the Alternative Investment Funds group. He has over nine years of tax experience including extensive knowledge of partnership taxation, alternative investments, and state and local tax issues.

Jeremy advises clients mainly in the private equity and fund of funds industries. He focuses on assisting both operating companies and investment partnerships with tax planning and compliance as well as fund accounting and administration. Jeremy also assists with the federal and state compliance for general partners and the management companies.
