Berard to Speak at Boston Estate Planning Council Roundtable

Andersen Director Laura Berard will act as a moderator at an upcoming roundtable organized by the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC). The BEPC Members Roundtable will take place on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 in Boston, Massachusetts. Laura will moderate a session titled, Tax Planning for Later in Life, where she will discuss tax planning strategies for elderly clients. She will also discuss different cost basis step-up planning strategies using real life examples. 

Laura Berard is a member of the Andersen Private Client Services group and works with wealthy families and their closely-held businesses, trusts, and private foundations. Laura focuses on income, estate and gift tax planning and compliance, wealth transfer and business succession planning, and charitable giving structuring and strategies.
