Freda Speaking at the New York and Tri-State Tax Conference
The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) is one of the largest state accounting organizations in the nation with over 26,000 members. Each year, the organization hosts a tri-state tax conference to provide updates on the latest trends, topics and issues in tax. This year's New York and Tri-State Taxation Conference will take place on November 7, 2018 from 8:30am-5:00pm at the TKP New York Conference Center in New York City, NY. Andersen Managing Director Ray Freda will present at the conference on the topic of Income Tax Nexus, Allocations and Apportionment. This presentation will include discussion on the ever-changing landscape of income tax nexus allocations and apportionment and on the possible effects of Wayfair.
Raymond Freda has over 21 years of experience in state and local tax and advising clients with respect to income/franchise, capital, gross receipts, sales and use, property, employment and other state industry specific excise taxes. Raymond also has extensive transactional experience including sell side tax planning and EBITDA enhancement, due diligence, state tax structuring, transfer tax analysis and remediation and post-acquisition integration and planning.
