Trevor Barton leads all Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition for Andersen. In this role, he manages the National Talent Acquisition Experienced Hire team and oversees firmwide sourcing strategy, partner sourcing, and the development of scalable recruiting processes.
Trevor has more than 14 years of experience in talent acquisition strategy, recruiting operations, and team leadership. He has played a central role in expanding Andersen’s sourcing capabilities and building data-driven recruiting infrastructure to support the firm’s continued growth. His work includes enhancing national best practices, developing analytics and performance dashboards, and driving process improvements that strengthen candidate pipelines across all service lines.
Before joining Andersen, Trevor held multiple leadership roles in the private sector, overseeing recruiting teams focused on accounting, finance, supply chain, HR, and analytics positions. His experience includes managing large recruiting teams, building new-hire development programs, and leading turnaround initiatives in competitive markets.
