In accordance with federal regulations, Andersen will not be mailing Form 1095-C to employees beginning with the 2026 tax year.

If you would like to receive a copy of your Form 1095-C, you may request one by contacting the Andersen Benefits Department via email at benefitsadministation@andersen.com.

Once requested, your Form 1095-C will be provided to you within 30 days of your request or by January 31st, whichever is later.
