Andersen Managing Director Joe Calianno will present at New York University’s Institute on Federal Taxation on October 19-24, 2025, at the Westin New York at Times Square in New York City. On October 20, Joe will be a panelist for the session Controlled Foreign Corporation Planning. The presentation will focus on how the tax law changes to the rules that impose U.S. taxation on U.S. shareholders of CFCs made under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 affect planning opportunities and pose some traps for the unwary.
