Grace Benveniste is a director in the Private Client Services practice at Andersen, drawing on more than 30 years of technical tax experience and a long track record as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and alternative investment fund clients.

Specializing in compliance and advisory services for private equity clients, she has honed her expertise in multistate partnership taxation and foreign reporting requirements. Her private equity work complements her tax planning and advisory work for high-net-worth clients, enabling her to deliver integrated, strategic guidance across both areas.

Before joining Andersen, Grace was a principal at The Fusion Group Inc., where she spent two decades advising clients on sophisticated tax matters. Earlier in her career, she served as a tax manager in EY’s Boston and San Jose offices, focusing on private equity and corporate engagements, and she worked in the tax department at The Gillette Company, focusing on multinational corporate tax compliance.
