Joshua Brandman

Joshua Brandman is a director in Andersen’s Private Client Services practice. He has more than eight years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals and their related businesses, trusts, private foundations, and other entities. His work focuses on multigenerational tax compliance and consulting for hedge fund principals and international clients.

Joshua’s experience includes analyzing complex basis and loss limitation rules, reviewing investment interest expense deductibility, and advising on equity compensation matters such as incentive stock options, restricted stock units, and nonqualified stock options. He also assists with planning related to pass-through entity tax credits and represents clients in federal and state examinations.
