Dimitri de Valroger is a director at Andersen, focusing on state and local tax with more than 20 years of experience serving financial services and investment clients. He has deep expertise in managing complex compliance and advisory engagements while leading high-performing teams across multiple U.S. offices and offshore locations.
His areas of focus include state and local tax compliance, pass-through entity tax planning, investment partnership structures, and using technology to improve tax processes. He has extensive experience implementing and optimizing tax technology solutions, developing offshore delivery models, and providing strategic guidance on state and local tax matters to executive stakeholders.
Before joining Andersen, Dimitri held leadership roles at major financial services and accounting firms, including Goldman Sachs, where he spent a decade in the tax department focusing on state and local tax and tax technology, and a Big Four firm in New York and Washington, D.C., advising financial services, asset management, and private equity clients. He joined Andersen from RSM’s state and local tax team, where he continued to build on his expertise in compliance, advisory, and tax technology for investment industry clients.
