Chris DePippo

Chris DePippo is a managing director in the legal department focused on coordinating governance, risk and compliance (GRC). He has more than 20 years of experience advising organizations on governance, enterprise risk management (ERM), compliance, regulatory matters, and operational transformation.

Chris works with organizations to enhance governance frameworks, develop integrated GRC operating models, improve compliance program effectiveness, and address complex regulatory challenges. He also advises clients on enterprise risk strategy, governance architecture, and assurance modernization through the use of data, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Before joining Andersen, Chris held senior leadership positions at Morgan Stanley and DXC Technology. At Morgan Stanley, Chris served as an executive director where he led strategy and operations for the firm’s Non-Financial Risk Testing and Monitoring Program. Previously at DXC Technology, he was vice president of Enterprise Risk Management and

Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, where he led global ethics, compliance, investigations, and ERM programs.

Throughout his career, Chris has advised executive leadership and boards of directors on translating risk and compliance insights into effective governance, informed decision-making, and organizational accountability.
