Neil Fry is a director in the State and Local Tax practice at Andersen, with more than 13 years of experience advising clients on property tax and valuation matters.
He has extensive experience managing real and personal property tax issues, including compliance, assessment and tax bill reviews, forecasting, and business personal property tax audits. Neil has supported clients across a range of industries, including retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, health care and life sciences, biotechnology, telecommunications, technology, and gaming.
Neil has also participated in due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions, advising clients on the impact of property tax related to reassessments, changes in use, and the potential loss of abatements.
Prior to joining Andersen, Neil was a senior manager at EY, where he specialized in property tax services. He also worked at KPMG, focusing on tangible asset valuation. His valuation experience includes purchase price allocations, as well as goodwill and impairment analyses.
