Judy Huang is a managing director in the Commercial M&A practice with over 16 years of experience in progressive roles at both industry-leading professional services firms and highly acquisitive public companies.

Judy consults with a wide range of business sizes and forms, from large public companies to private businesses, and start-ups helping them assess tax and business structures and planning to facilitate strategic objectives.

Judy’s primary practice areas include:

Before joining Andersen, Judy worked at PwC in both audit and tax practices. She also managed the tax compliance functions for a large international shipping company and was primarily responsible for the global tax reporting, audit, and acquisition integrations for the five public companies in the group.
