Jason Gritton is a managing director in Andersen’s US National Tax practice. Jason has more than 14 years of experience advising clients on international tax-related issues, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management, repatriation, subpart F income, GILTI, and the foreign tax credit.
Throughout his career, Jason has served as a trusted tax advisor to a diverse client base, including publicly traded and privately held companies in both corporate and flow-through structures and across various industries.
Jason is a frequent speaker at tax events such as the Tax Executives Institute and Practising Law Institute and was formerly a member of the American Institute of CPAs Technical Resource Panel on International Tax.
Before joining Andersen, Jason was an international tax partner in Deloitte’s Washington National Tax practice.
