Lori Morgan is the managing director for National Learning & Development at Andersen, where she leads the firm’s strategy and execution for professional development across the United States. In this role, Lori is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of both technical and nontechnical learning programs for U.S. professionals. Her responsibilities include curriculum development, instructor-led and digital training delivery, procurement and implementation of learning content and systems, and ensuring that all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with the firm’s business objectives and long-term growth strategy.

Before joining Andersen, Lori began her career at Arthur Andersen, where she provided tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and their closely held entities. She has also held roles at a large venture capital firm, as well as within both single-family and multifamily office environments, advising families with substantial wealth on complex tax matters.
