Vanessa Newell is a director in the Andersen Hartford office. She has over eight years of tax experience, in both the public and private sectors.
Vanessa has extensive experience in both the ASC 740 and tax compliance areas for corporate clients. She also works with pass-through entities across a variety of industries in implementing tax planning strategies and assisting with federal and state tax compliance.
Prior to joining Andersen, Vanessa was a manager at First Niagara Bank. Vanessa was responsible for managing the income tax reporting and income tax compliance processes for the Bank. Prior to that, Vanessa worked for a New England based CPA firm.
