Stephanie Parks is a director in the State and Local Tax practice with more than 25 years of tax and legal experience.

With advanced skills in state tax planning, tax audits, dispute resolution, credits & incentives, tax due diligence, and mergers & acquisitions, Stephanie has become a trusted advisor to her clients. Regarding both direct and indirect state tax matters, she has extensive knowledge in audit defense, planning, compliance, private rulings, administrative appeals, and litigation.

Before joining Andersen, Stephanie worked for large international public accounting firms and a global law firm, gaining experience in the technology, shipping, manufacturing, telecommunications, and retail industries. Stephanie also served for several years as State Tax Counsel for Amazon.
