Theodore V. Peck

Theodore V. Peck is a director in Andersen’s Long Island Commercial practice, advising publicly traded companies and privately held businesses on corporate income tax matters.

With over 30 years of tax experience, Theodore provides a range of tax services, including ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, tax provision automation, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 documentation, and a wide variety of federal and multistate strategic tax consulting and compliance. He primarily focuses on accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 and advising multinational publicly traded companies on complex federal and state corporate income tax matters.

Before joining Andersen, Theodore was a director at True Partners Consulting. Before that, he served as tax manager for a Fortune 500 company and worked for PwC, where he was responsible for tax compliance and consulting services for middle market companies.
