Kelsey Piligian is a director in the Private Client Services practice at Andersen, with over eight years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and closely held businesses. She specializes in income and estate & gift tax, as well as wealth transfer planning and charitable giving strategies. Kelsey’s areas of technical expertise include advising clients who own qualified small business stock, cash flow planning for private equity principals and managing directors, and tax compliance and consulting for equity compensation.
Kelsey serves a diverse client base, including corporate executives, private equity principals & managing directors, and multigenerational families, working closely with them to deliver tailored tax solutions that meet their unique financial goals.
In addition to her client work, Kelsey leads the Boston Training Committee, is actively involved in mentoring and recruiting, and regularly leads firm-wide training sessions.
