Dusty Reynolds is a Managing Director at Andersen. Dusty has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and industry, principally in the tax area.

Dusty began his career with a regional public accounting firm in the Texas Hill Country. He subsequently joined the Dallas office of Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he advised a variety of tax clients in the manufacturing and retail industries. Thereafter, Dusty joined EY as a tax manager where he worked with corporate clients in the retail and manufacturing industries. After leaving public accounting, Dusty held various industry roles where he assisted in establishing the internal tax functions for two public companies, including service as the head of tax for over 10 years with the second company. Additionally during his tenure at this company, Dusty assumed increasing responsibility for key roles, including Director of SEC Reporting. Thereafter, Dusty joined a PE backed start-up company where he served as the lead executive responsible for their S-1 registration process. Prior to joining Andersen, Dusty served as a Partner at Mack O. Forrester & Co., PLLC.
