Jessica Rubinow is a director in Andersen’s Tax Transformation and Innovation practice bringing over 20 years of experience in leading tax technology and process improvement initiatives. She combines deep technical tax knowledge with expertise in operating model design, tax function optimization, and business process improvement.
Jessica’s work spans tax operating model design, post-transaction tax function operational services, governance frameworks, and risk management. She has led initiatives involving maturity assessments, benchmarking, and gap analysis, and has developed tax technology roadmaps that integrate training and change management. Her experience also includes workflow and document management solutions, process redesign, and business development strategy.
Before joining Andersen, Jessica led transformation projects, technology implementations, and client service programs at a Big Four firm.
