Connor Ryan is a director in Andersen’s Private Client Services practice with more than a decade of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families on complex tax and wealth planning matters. Based in the firm’s Manhattan office, he counsels private equity principals, family offices, owner-operators, entrepreneurs, and senior executives across a broad range of sophisticated financial and tax considerations.
Connor’s practice encompasses multijurisdictional tax compliance, technical tax analysis, and strategic advisory services for individuals, fiduciaries, and charitable organizations. He advises clients on comprehensive income and estate tax planning strategies designed to promote long-term wealth preservation and facilitate efficient intergenerational transfers. He also represents clients in federal, state, and local tax examinations and audits, providing guidance in tax controversy matters.
In addition to his client responsibilities, he is actively involved in Andersen’s philanthropic initiatives, supporting the governance and administration of the firm’s sponsored public charity. He also contributes to recruiting and talent development efforts within the Manhattan office.
