Philip Seong

Philip Seong is a director in the Commercial practice. He has provided compliance and consulting services to domestic and foreign businesses for over 10 years. During his career, he has worked with public and privately held companies in the technology (hardware and software), media and entertainment, veterinary and pet foods, retail, apparel, life sciences, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, financial services, real estate, and other industries.

Before joining Andersen, Philip worked at EY and BDO, where he focused on core tax functions. He also has experience working for the internal tax teams of a public company and one of the largest private companies in the world, where he focused on US income tax compliance and global income tax provisions.
