Paul Skydel

Paul Skydel is a director in Andersen’s Commercial practice in the New York Office. Paul has been with Andersen since 2017 and has over eight years of experience delivering tax advice and solutions for U.S. and international business entities, as well as their owners and investors.

Paul’s service and practice area specializations include tax compliance and advisory for partnerships and S corporations, choice of entity and fund structuring, multistate and local tax planning and compliance, IRS tax controversy and audit defense, among other entity tax matters.

Paul has served clients across a broad range of industries such as lending, private equity, art galleries, technology, financial and professional services, family offices, entertainment, and software development.

Additionally, Paul is involved with Andersen’s Learning and Development team, assisting with the development of local and national partnership training programs.
