Mark Tucker

Mark Tucker is a managing director in Andersen’s Tax Transformation and Innovation practice. With more than 15 years of experience in global tax operations and technology, including three years in Hong Kong, Mark focuses on tax assessments, operational improvements, and end-to-end transformations across all areas of taxation. His expertise includes tax transformation, finance optimization, and technology-driven solutions for corporate tax functions.

Before joining Andersen, Mark led large-scale transformation initiatives at a Big Four firm, specializing in operating model design, data management and automation, and the deployment of tax technology platforms that create lasting value for tax functions. His work also includes integrating tax requirements into enterprise financial systems and tax business warehouses, as well as leveraging AI, robotic process automation, and data transformation tools to enhance workflows and reporting.

Mark has built collaboration portals tailored for tax functions, combining data management, workflow automation, document handling, and audit support. With a strong foundation in project management, he has guided cross-functional teams and initiatives that drive operational efficiency and support long-term transformational goals.
