Jing Wang

Jing Wang is a director in the Alternative Investment Funds practice, with over 10 years of professional tax experience. She specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to asset management clients, including fund of funds, venture capital, and private equity funds.

Before joining Andersen, Jing served as a tax manager at Vector, Capital, a San Francisco–based private equity firm. Prior to that, she was a manager in PwC’s San Jose office, where she focused primarily on venture capital clients.
