Yongyi Xu is a director in the Alternate Investment Fund Services practice. She has over 9 years of experience with extensive knowledge of alternative investments, partnership taxation, corporation taxation, and multistate taxation.

Yongyi has focused primarily on providing tax compliance and consulting services to private equity funds, hedge funds, and fund of funds. She provides deep tax knowledge and a sophisticated understanding of her client’s tax and business needs.
