Andersen is pleased to welcome Mandy Wu to its Silicon Valley office as managing director in the Commercial Tax practice where she will lead engagements in compensation and benefits strategy. With more than two decades of experience across professional services and global technology companies, Mandy brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise in payroll, compensation & benefit programs, executive compensation, workforce mobility, and employment tax.

Mandy has spent her career helping multinational organizations navigate the complexities of global growth, designing scalable compensation frameworks, maintaining payroll tax compliance globally, optimizing tax savings in audits, and managing cross-border compliance in dynamic regulatory landscapes. Her unique combination of in-house and advisory experience equips her to deliver practical solutions with precision and long-term vision.

Before joining Andersen, Mandy led the global employment tax function at Meta and held senior roles at LinkedIn and PwC. Throughout her career, she advised clients on a range of intersecting issues involving people talent strategy, global employment tax compliance, and audit defense & negotiation.
