Mark Tucker leads Andersen’s Tax Transformation and Innovation practice with more than 15 years of experience in global tax operations and technology. Having spearheaded large-scale transformation initiatives while at a Big Four firm, Mark specializes in operating model design, data management & automation, and the deployment of tax technology platforms that create lasting value for tax functions.

Ashish Sadarangani brings more than two decades of experience helping clients execute integrated finance and tax transformation solutions. With a deep understanding of ERP systems, he specializes in guiding organizations through the implementation of automation, analytics, and governance models that enhance accuracy, transparency, and scalability in their tax operations.

Mark Schutzman is a seasoned advisor with decades of experience guiding companies on the operational effectiveness of tax processes. He has led national practices in tax managed services, technology, and transformation. Mark is a recognized thought leader in tax technology and transformation and established the tax technology consulting practice at a Big Four firm.
